Below is a little about the founders of Texas Rehab

Felix Segovia M.D. is the original Orthopedic medical doctor on staff. Dr. Segovia has been active in the medical field since 1969. Due to Dr. Segovia's high energy level and excitement he makes the medical office interesting and exciting.

Dr. Felix Segovia received his specialty training at Good Samaritan hospital and Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He also received training at Michael Reese Hospital, Chicago Illinois and St. Louis University, St. Louis Missouri, Cook County Hospital, Chicago Illinois.

He resides in Dallas, Texas and has been married for 45 years. He has three children are Robert, Ruth and Daniel.

His interests are hunting, boxing, and reading.

His medical professional affiliations are with the following: Fellow American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, American Medical Association, The Texas Medical Association, The Dallas County Medical Society, The American Back Society and the Southern Orthopedic Association.

Armando Daniel Segovia is the founder and manager of Texas Rehab. The new rehab facility was built in 1998. Armando Daniel Segovia has been active in the medical field since 1988. His charisma, positive attitude, leadership, and commitment to excellence have made him a key to success at Texas Rehab.

He resides in Dallas, Texas and has two children Olivia and Victoria.

Armando Daniel Segovia received his degree from the University of North Texas. Furthermore, he has received education in rehabilitation. His interests are sports, arts, boating, and comedy. He believes we become successful by helping other become successful. He believes we all need to believe in our souls that we have a special gift, that we can make a difference, that we can touch others in a special way and that we can all make this world a better place.
